I want to follow God’s leadership related to speaking and travel, regardless of financial issues. But because many church leaders ask for guidance about honorarium and love offerings, the following statement is provided.
     I left full time church staff to be obedient to God’s call on my life as an evangelist.. While on staff, love offerings were just a nice supplement- now they are necessity.
     My desire to be a fully devoted husband places a ceiling on the number of events I can accept. Thus, each of those events I am able to accept becomes an important part of financial support for the family. With a spouse clearly called to travel and be my partner in this calling, the responsibility is on me alone.
     Generally for out-of-town weekend events, such as disciple now or revivals, our set price or love offerings range from $1000 - $2,500. Local events range from $500-$1000. However we usually make specific arrangements with each church based on the details of each event.

With that background, I trust churches and conferences to do what is fair.
